The engorgement

This morning i woke up in pain due to breast engorgement. No matter how i massaged or expressed, the milk just won't flow out and the pain is unbearable. My pain threshold is very low, out of 10, i grade myself 0-2.

Went to see GP for some pain killer and for releasing the engorgement. In the end i decided to stop the milk flow and was prescribed with medication. After 2 months of breast feeding (expressing), i finally gave up. Although, i feel guilty of not continuing, at least i still gave her my milk for 2 months.

In 1 weeks time, i will be back to work, and my working place is not convenient to express, and it's my intention to stop, giving myself excuse to stop :P Am i a bad mother?!
